Prestige undertook a significant project at Birmingham University of Art, involving the installation of a new JackEvie plank pre-finished oak floor. We began the installation process by preparing the subfloor and installing a 9mm ply base. This plywood layer served as a stable foundation for the engineered oak planks.

The planks were precisely measured, cut, and installed with care to achieve a seamless and visually appealing result. Prestige's team ensured proper alignment and used expert techniques to achieve a professional finish.

The new flooring enhanced the overall aesthetics of the space, creating an inviting and sophisticated environment for students and visitors.
