Here we are in central London at Westminster University. We were asked by our client to carry out full restoration works to an existing herringbone floor, the works were part of the new Hub refurbishment program.

The first step involved sanding the surface to remove any old finish, scratches, or imperfections. This process helps to create a smooth and even surface for further treatment. The floor was then stained and finished with a hard-wearing lacquer to protect from moisture, stains, and daily wear and tear.
